Israel är som bekant världsledande inom cyberteknik. Hur ser branschen ut och vilka är trenderna som driver utvecklingen? Här finns många etablerade företag och startups som kan vara intressanta för svenska aktörer att knyta kontakter med.

I samarbete med Cyber Together och Vinnova arrangerar vi ett informationsmöte, som ett första steg i en serie.

Cyber Together är en israelisk branschorganisation med syfte att stimulera innovation och tillväxt för företag inom cybersäkerhet, genom att samla standarder, processer och teknikutveckling samt knyta samman människor, företag och investerare. Cyber Together erbjuder också en testbädd där aktörer kan utvärdera och utvärdera nya innovationer, med ett labb för POC (Proof of Concept).

The presentations will be given in English.

The purpose of this event is to present the Israeli cyber security ecosystem to a Swedish audience of industry players and investors and bring parties from both countries together for exploring opportunities.

Joanna Boquist, Head of Vinnova in Tel Aviv

Joanna has a degree in Physics Engineering and has spent her career promoting Swedish solutions in international contexts. Before moving to Tel Aviv Joanna was based at Vinnovas HQ in Stockholm for 3 years.

Ron Moritz, Venture Partner of OurCrowd and Chairman Cyber Together

Ron is a well-regarded cybersecurity industry executive with over 30 years of broad operational, strategy, and P&L experience. He served as a member of the distinguished corporate or cybersecurity business unit leadership teams at premier Fortune 500 technology companies Microsoft, Symantec, and CA Technologies, as CTO of Finjan, a first-generation advanced persistent threat start-up, and as CEO of BioCatch, an innovator in cognitive biometrics and continuous authentication.

An adviser to C-level execs, boards of directors, VCs and PE firms on value-creation activities, Ron launched TrueBit Cyber Partners to provide truth, clarity and confidence in cybersecurity investments and acquisitions. In addition to covering cybersecurity at The Analyst Syndicate, Ron is the cybersecurity venture partner with Jerusalem-based equity crowdfunding firm, OurCrowd, EiR with Australia’s cybersecurity accelerator, CyRise, and principal consultant and researcher with Aggada Cyber.
